I will assume that you submitted your product to UL for evaluation under UL
60065 along with the CB Scheme. If this is correct the product was evaluated
to IEC 60065 with the national deviations for the US, hence UL 60065.  Being
that UL 60065 is not covered by the LVD you would not be permitted to include
in the DofC.  You need to make sure that the CB report covers the appropriate
EU deviations per EN(BS) 60065.
