Since your assertion is clearly your, or your company's, private opinion 
about an approved international standard, I see no merit in your 
position at present. If you wish to maintain your assertion, you should 
submit it to the IEC Central Office for the attention of the Secretary 
of IEC TC108, responsible for IEC 60065.
