if you are referring to the statement that IEC60065 is not adequate for the
evaluation of batteries AND chargers - if you want it, and management approves
the release, I will send you an analysis of various standards vs the known
failure modes of batteries and Class 2 power sources. Otherwise, it is left as
an exercise for the reader.
