With no intent to be flippant, nor disrespectful. Why ? To what end ?
Participation by a company with limited resources in a TC/WG has been previously discussed in several threads among the EMC-PSTC for the past several years -> 'beating a dead horse'. Submittal of recommendations/data to TC/WG not authorized by management. And my mistake was to not preface my assertion with "IMO", and to make it clear that there was no intent to discredit the work done by any particular TC/WG. A product safety standard is not sacred. A product safety standard is not immutable. A product safety standard is the best reference resource to get the job started. But what is important, at least for the good people of the PSTC, is to discuss what could be good and what could be bad. And we have just done that.
