Yes, that 'or' was the source of my sentence (logically true implication, I 
think).
I tried to show that from knowledge that 9V power supply is under LVD (which 
I think is not questioned) one should deduce that device with output over 
1500V is also under LVD (if powered from the same source), because it is the 
same situation: input in range, output out of range.
