Is this a wrong interpretation? Not at all; there was a lot of confusion about this, because the original wording was obscure and appeared, for example, to exclude CRT-type TV sets from the LVD. The fact that 60065, 61010 and other standards include stuff about higher voltages doesn't change the meaning of the Directive. -- OOO - Own Opinions Only.
