No, BSI doesn't provide documents relating to regulations.

I am unsure if it is due to part of LVD Directive as the plug and socket regulation is included in the national requirements of applicable standard of LVD.

Plugs and sockets are not covered by the LVD because they are covered by different *legal* (not standards) requirements (Like the British P&S Regulations) in the different EU countries.
