Hi, is for a modular 19'' draw-out unit system with a power supply and control unit to control LED modules for industrial application in the laboratory environment (EU: EN 61010-1, EN 61326-1 for LVD and EMCD) the FCC requirements mandatory?
In my point of view the answer is “yes”. And I have recommended my customer to apply the FCC Part 15 method “verification”. Is that totally wrong?
