Running a 25 u-sec base thread I'm seeing about 45-60% on the 2nd cpu from
linuxcnc. The last version of 2.6.0-pre before the rename developed an
offset in the Z that could not be homed out, so I went back to the slightly
newer linuxcnc-2.6.0-pre, problem solved.

Expected, the screen updates for glxgears will eat a lot of time & cpu.

I get 7 to 12 u-secs latency running it normal, and under 3 u-secs using
taskset and glxgears has no effect if it is run normally.

That's why I only run one thing at a time using taskset, latency-test OR
linuxcnc.
