Back to this, I am not sure why, but both of the Milacron controls in our shop reference the table as zero, that is why I am going after this.
I guess my question would be, how would I facilitate the line "TOOL_CHANGE_POSITION=" to disregard the X and Y positional data, and only use the Z value, so as to have no table movement, only a full Z movement, to whatever I tell it to make the tool change. Our Post Processor that we use already figures in a safety zone to allow for the tool change, and avoid a collision, by moving the X and Y to the appropriate positions.
