They will pay the shipping (apparently on ALL orders) if you prepay with check or money order. Of course, that means you have to MAIL the order to them, adding about a week to the delivery.
I have an open credit account with them, and order online. If I order in the evening, they ship early the next morning. FedEx ground gets it here almost always on the 2nd day. They also indicate no minimum order. On neat thing at Mouser is if some items are out of stock, they will pick up the shipping on the backordered items.
