That I got understood. But that does put a crimp in my i/o assignments, and while I think my cable to the 5i25's p2 is good, the relocated pwngen for spindle control, now on P2 5-6-7 via gpio's 25-26-27 of the 5i25 card, there is no state change getting to #027 for spindle direction control. If it was a bad cable from 5i25-p2 to the bob, I'd still see it with halscope or halmeter, but I am not seeing the dir even get that far. The only place I see it with a halmeter is at halui-spindle-runs-backwards, it does change state there. Ideas?
