Here I thought I was they only one clumsy enough to do that. Makes me 
happy I'm not alone.  And yes, I have had stitches to put a fingertip 
back on a couple times.  Darned jointers, when trimming fingernails 
haven't a clue when to stop.  Mine has healed well and I hope yours does 
too.
