I am suspicious about the entry at 04:00.0 - DPIO module: Device
2718:5124 (rev 01)
It contains numbers 2718 and looks almost like 5I24 with capital letter "i".

It seems to me that no, it does not show up in LinuxCNC:

I was running sample racktoolchange config if that changes anything,
although I would expect 5i24 board to show in the list of available
HAL pins, but then I do allow for possibility that it might depend on
preloaded firmware (whatever there is by default).
