Sure. As for "Patrick's" point? He is the author after all.  :-)

The Global search. That was something that I would not have thought of
since I do not do that. But it is a very good place to look.

There is something wrong. More likely set wrongly. Or? A combination of
things conflicting/wrong.

The solution is to find that.

Something to consider. It *appears* to only happen to *you*. So? It most
probably is something specific to you/your setup.

But it does appear that we are making progress.  :-)
