After thinking about this for a time, I'd rather suggest to completely remove the feature "Display untrusted keys". It is misleading; it doesn't do what it promises: to show "trusted" keys. Trusted keys are "valid" keys. Instead, the filter works on "Ownertrust". Varying ownertrust of a specific key doesn't make this key more or less trustworthy. Instead, the ownertrust value of a specific key influences the weight, by which certifications done by this key are regarded in trust calculations for OTHER keys. For me, suppressing the view of all keys I haven't assigned an ownertrust value doesn't give any value. I can't set an ownertrust on a key when I haven't met this person in real life and judged how carefully his person does identity+key fingerprint checks. This would ideally be done by judging how this person did check MY identity and fingerprint. In this case, we would have exchanged certifications on each others key. What I'd regard as useful: A function which only displays keys I have signed AND which have not set an ownertrust value. This would be a reminder to do that. Ludwig
