Entourage already does palm synching and Mac is the king of drag and drop,
so I don't know what those comments are about. As a matter of fact, I use
both Entourage and Outlook and they both have their own advantages. For
instance, did you ever try to view the whole source of a message in Outlook,
including headers? I can't do seem to do it, only get the html of the
message. For a webmaster like myself, this is important and it's a click
away in Entourage. I find Entourage much easier to use, customize, and
understand than Outlook.

But, back to the point, MS apparently is going to include Outlook in the new
Office for OS X, or so they say. Don't know if it will replace Entourage,
but that would make sense. Both would be redundant.
