I'm coming in late on this thread and I'm surprised someone hasn't already
suggested this... If you drag a folder from the folder list to the desktop,
Entourage creates an MBOX mail file ready for import into Outlook Express.

Caveats:
- Entourage creates MBOX files that aren't quite right, so they won't work
as-is in Eudora (Allen Watson created a script which cleans them up), but I
don't believe they'll be a problem for OE. If they are use the previously
mentioned script.
- You can't export sub-folders with the parent folder. You'll have to
drag-drop ALL of your folders.

Other than that, the contacts export should import fine into OE so hopefully
this will allow you to get back to the Paleozoic period.
