Omar, I think there was a misunderstanding that Entourage would be like Outlook 2000. I like Entourage and use it; but for many users we updated from OE504, and Palm, and expected features like Palm - especially in some of the views - the calendar view for example, and tasks (no carry forward) Users who are going to upgrade to OSX will benefit from the improvements in Entourage, but what about the users who are not. Not every Mac user is going to jump on the OSX wagon immediately.
