To my knowledge, Microsoft has acknowledged that Entourage has a problem
synching categories with the Palm, regardless of the number of characters of
the category title, and that they will be addressing the problem in the
future. I have yet to see anything more than that.
Native Entourage categories do synch to the Palm. User-created ones do not,
at least not for me. Palm-created categories duplicate on each synch. This
looks like a serious bug to me, one which hampers intended program use, but
I have yet to see a fix from Microsoft.
