What are the "native categories"? How can I reset them to the install
state? Perhaps that is part of my problem. I have changed/deleted/added
categories (I find them to be about as useful as the Finder's Labels,
actually, because they are contextually unchanging, and because the color
display is all to cock ... and you can't sort them.)

But I am having a terrible time using Entourage with my Visor.

I have to remove duplicates every time I synch...and I didn't always have to
do that. Something that I've done (category changes, maybe) has started the
problem, but damned if I know what.

I paid for Office to get Entourage to use with my Visor, and now I find that
I am using Outlook more often again along with Palm Desktop -- because it
just works better (although PD is still as ugly as ever). Since I rarely
use Word, and never use PowerPoint, it is highly unlikely that I would ever
buy an upgrade. Or any other Microsoft product.

Certainly the MS employees who read this list don't care much about consumer
behaviour, but I really wish I had saved my cash and bought a couple of
shares of Handspring.

I'm far more impressed with the AppleScripting from this list's members than
I am with the Entourage app itself. It's like Outlook with bugs.

Did you know you can't even print the contents of a Custom View list? How
"oops" is that?

Argghh. Sigh. But still hoping to solve sync item replication problems.
