Synch the Palm with Palm Desktop so that you have a backup. Delete all items
in Entourage except mail (categories, notes, tasks, events). Perform an
advanced rebuild of the E'rage database (just to make sure that lingering
database corruption isn't what's giving you all the headaches). NOW synch
the Palm with Entourage. If this doesn't get rid of the duplicates then you
can always do a hard reset and go back to synching with Palm Desktop.
