Thanks for the suggestion -- I'll give it a try.
But can you tell me why it would be that when I am not having any
problems with my internet connection -- browser connects fine, imap
works fine, TCP/IP (DHCP) settings are no problem -- the internet
preferences would help with this? I'm not questioning the suggestion,
just wanting to understand the rationale.
