You could do this for all your "nameless" company contacts in a few seconds
or so just by running this script in Script Editor:
tell application "Microsoft Entourage"
set compContacts to every contact whose name = ""
repeat with compContact in compContacts
set last name of compContact to (get company of compContact)
end repeat
end tell
