Surely company > name would be a more useful default search field than title? The "title" referred to by the Find command is not the Title field of contacts but rather the Title of Notes. The simple Find looks only at Subject of messages and calendar events, Name of contacts and tasks, and Title of Notes: i.e. just the main names of things. It is not properly explained by the Find dialog. It's fast, because it doesn't look through _any_ subsidiary fields. Advanced Find will do that, for example for contacts, if you ask it to look for Name contains <whatever> or Title contains <whatever> - <if any criteria match>. that's what you want to do here. -- Paul Berkowitz -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To search the archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
