Is there an easy way to learn how to use the search feature? There are so many times when I know I have a message from someone in one of my mail folders, I type the name or some info into the find criteria only to turn up nothing when I hit search
Are there ways to make this work more efficiently? I used Eudora previously and found their search capabilities to be excellent compared to Entourage. Very seldom can I get this search to actually find the information I know I have stashed somewhere. I did buy the book on Office 2001 for the mac but that leaves about a thousand unanswered questions. Does Micorsoft have technical assistance I paid $450.00 and ended up with one cd. Not even a phone number for tech assist. Does this sound fair?
