Hi John, 

Have you tried the Advanced Find feature (Edit menu)?  Or is that what
you're talking about?

One problem I've discovered when searching for someone by name:  Sometimes
the sender has their account set up so that their email address is where
their name should be.  You could search by their name all day and never find
anything.  Could this be the problem?  Searching by name is about the
simplest search you can do and shouldn't give you or Entourage any problems.
