Great idea. I'll give it a try. I am guessing that it doesn't really matter what you use for the group name as long as it is easy to remember and does not conflict with the pseudo contact that you create to be the To: place holder. Maybe something like "My Staff" for the contact and "My Staff List" for the group. I have about a dozen groups so I will need something to keep them straight and correlated. I also saw a response from Dan which indicated that they are thinking about the problem - No promises thought. :-) Thanks again Paul for the interesting solution.
