That's what it appears like in a draft message, but take a look at the message in the Sent Items folder. The individual recipients in the group will be listed separately in the BCC field. Which brings up an interesting point for those trying to send out BCC-only messages. The usual recommendation is to place all recipients in BCC and then throw your own address in the To field. I appears there is a second option...throw all of your recipients in a group and hide the addresses.
