Well, I am having no luck trying to install this update. It fails when trying to install the Microsoft Component Plugin, the first item to be installed. My guess is that it is having permissions problems because the installer does not authenticate. It should be asking for the administrator password, but does not.
I ran the installer with out a problem.
I closed all the Office Programs.
Went to Terminal and ran “Kill 5xx” to close Notifications.
The install then found the copy of Office on the PB HD and then installed all the components. After the installer finished I then ran it again to install on my main BU HD.
Every thing ran as planned.

May we pursue that right — without self-righteousness. May we know
Unity — without conformity. May we grow in strength — without pride of self.
May we, in our dealings with all people of the earth, ever speak the truth
and serve justice. May the light of freedom, coming to all darkened lands,
flame brightly — until at last the darkness is no more.
