Hi Deborah, You should apply the 10.1.2 update. This provides numerous bug fixes, and this might be one of them. It's a free download from Microsoft. <http://www.microsoft.com/mac/DOWNLOAD/OFFICEX/OfficeX_1012.asp>
By the way, this sounds like an Entourage/IMAP issue much more than an EarthLink issue. They probably wouldn't be able to help you since they don't officially support Entourage, and because you need help with another e-mail account.
