Hi Bruce,

I just tested and "Apply All Rules" does run the rules in the Mailing List
Manager in Entourage X.  That's also mentioned in the Help article "Messages
I've already received weren't processed."

If you're positive that the rule is not being applied even after ensuring it
is enabled, you might want to try rebuilding the database.  First, go to
Entourage -> Turn Off Office Notifications.  Now, quit Entourage, and then
restart Entourage holding down the Option key.  When the Rebuild dialog box
comes up, choose to do a Typical Rebuild.
