Would rebuilding one's Database *ever* affect the rules? The regular and
Mailing List Manager rules are both stored in files separate from the
Database ("Rules" and "Mailing Lists"), so they shouldn't be affected by a
rebuild of another file. This theory is borne out by the fact that a regular
rebuild doesn't break rules that refer to folders (because the folder IDs
don't change), whereas an advanced rebuild does break rules that refer to
folders (because the IDs *do* change).
Someone more knowledgeable please correct me, but this seems pretty
straightforward to me.
