I just did a typical rebuild, and still mailing list rules are not applied.
The mailing list rules work FINE when a message is first received, but if I
move the message back to the inbox and apply all rules, it doesn't work.
Message categories are not set, and the messages are not moved to their
proper folders. This happens for ALL my mailing list rules -- none of them
work under these circumstances.
