Hi, Unfortunately I still haven't found out what it is that causes my Entourage and my entiure system to freeze up when I open certain HTML-messages and messages containing animated gifs.
I got a lot of great advice (under the thread "Should I try Advanced Rebuild?") about removing Internet Prefs, doing both Typical and Advanced Rebuilds, upping Entourages Memory and upgrading to OS X. Apart from the last one (OS X) I did all, but I still get the crashes and it's very very annoying. If there are any other good ideas as to what it might be, that haven't found their way to the list yet I would really appreciate hearing about them.
