Using Ent. X
I followed your instructions: Set up 3 new categories and gave them colors. Created rule just like you instructed. Emails are not coming in colored. What am I missing? Thanks.

With a Rule. First, in Edit/Categories/Edit Categories make three new categories with names the same as your 3 accounts or email addresses. Give them whatever colors you want,
If
Account is <Account 1>
Action
Set category to <Email 1>
And the same for the other two.
