Title: Invisible messages

Paul! Please help! There seems to be THREE INVISIBLE MESSAGES in my delete box, which I can’t delete and are the cause of Entourage crashing constantly...and NOW THERE ARE INVIISBLE MESSAGES IN MY IN BOX, and the crashing happens if I get onto one of them.
