Copy the contents of the folder ~/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office X Identities/ (assuming you are running office vX). Make sure you quit the database daemon first, or the database buffers will not be flushed to disk before you copy and corruption will occur. Quit the daemon by running this one-line applescript: Tell app "Microsoft Database Daemon" to quit Please, please, everyone; try to remember to state what version of OS & Office you are using.
