Good idea, this would be a perfect location for this.

I try, I try my hardest, but sometimes they forget, sometimes I don't get a
opportunity to talk to them, your suggestion above would solve this
altogether.

Not everyone who wants to keep a client can just say "learn to RTFM or don't
use this app" :-)
