And I repeat: It's highly significant that most Entourage users do not
experience this problem. Therefore, the fault likely lies with your
particular setup or your server--or at least with a synergy between those
things and Entourage. I'm not saying there is NO problem with Entourage,
just that it's more complex than "there is a problem in 2004 and there was
not in X, therefore there is something wrong with 2004." And therefore, much
harder to track down.

The more details you can supply about your setup, type of accounts involved,
how you access them, etc., the more likely someone will spot a clue to the
cause.
