Like Raul, I am also seeing this issue more frequently with users that were
upgraded from v. X to 2004. One thought I had was that it could be a glitch
introduced into the 2004 db as it's imported from the old db - it seems to
happen more with users who had large (> 2-3 GB) mail stores in v. X. I'm
trying to find a volunteer who will start with a clean identity in 2004, but
haven't had any luck yet.
