Hi Gene, I'm not sure your problems really are similar. Louise has one ISP for everything: email and web; and if she described her situation accurately, she only has one email account. She has no problem connecting to the web at any time, but has intermittent "outages" with her email. If her sending and receiving settings were incorrect, I would expect her to be unable to send and receive, period; but that's not the case. Am I missing something here?
