Hello, I am hoping this group can assist:
I haved used Office X, and now have Office 2004. The following issues refere to Entourage 2004. I know that hotmail accounts will only run a Check for new mail schedule every 30 minutes. I also know that you can manually override to check for new mail by specific request by clicking specifically on th hotmail account of choice 1. Checking for new mail: When I do a "Send and Recieve All" often it will just check the inbox of one (randomly) of the hotmail accounts (I have two set up) 2. Synconizing other folders: It will also not check the sub folders even though in the Send and Recieve all Schedule both hotmail accounts are set to recieve all mail, and in the 'Acount Settings' of the Schedule all hotmail folders are selected. There are times that it seems to consistently check all folders (the most important folder being the 'Sent Items' folder, but as I type, the Sent Items folder has not (will not) syncronized for 2 days.
