copy of Entourage listed in System Preferences/Accounts/Login Items. Go
there, select it, and click the "-" button at the bottom to remove it.
It is not launching on startup, it IS launching itself (repeatedly) every hour.
Chances are you have a copy of the Office 2004 Test Drive around. If you
don't find anything in Login Items, then I'd advise you to go to Remove
Office in the Additional Tools folder in Microsoft Office 2004 folder, and
run it, removing _all_ copies of Office that it finds. Then reinstall 2004
from the CD, then do the updates to 11.2.5 then 11.2.6, from Help/Check for
Updates in any Office app (or by launching the Microsoft AutoUpdate app
manually).
I don't have the Test Drive installed. I just did a clean 10.4.7
install and installed only the apps I needed.
Weird.
