We have three users who haven't been getting new emails delivered to Entourage 
since Sunday afternoon. If they empty the cache in Entourage new messages will 
appear, but only once.

These users can all get on Outlook Web Access as normal so it's not a case of 
their accounts being locked out. Also, since several users are affected, it 
seems unlikely that it would be corrupt Entourage databases or settings.

Other users in the same offices are unaffected and I can reproduce the problem 
by setting up a new Entourage identity with the Exchange account for one of the 
affected users on my own Mac, so it does not appear to be network-related or 
isolated to a specific Mac, either.

but we've pretty much covered all the suggestions from Barry (and the Mac BU 
tech) there. Our Exchange server is hosted by a third-party and I'm currently 
waiting for confirmation from them as to whether they made any changes that 
could have caused these glitches. Meanwhile, I'd be grateful for any additional 
suggestions to try.
