No error. Entourage takes the password and connects to the server, just
never finishes with the 'Now updating Inbox' in the Progress window.

I've run tcpdump whilst in my own 'good' identity and then in one configured
with one of the 'bad' accounts (again from my own Mac) to try and figure out
where they differ, but I'm not seeing any obvious errors in the output -
then again, I'm not really sure what to look for so pointers here would also
be appreciated.

The users reported problems late Sunday afternoon.

For Entourage or Exchange? One of the users was on 11.2.3, but updating her
to 11.2.5 made no difference.

Since this is only affecting three out of several hundred users, I'd be a
bit leery of telling our hosting company to roll back the server.
