Yep - that's what I've concluded, too.

I tried to get it installed, but ended up in a Darwinports world of pain. I
can't use the package from entropy.ch since that doesn't work on Intel Macs.
I eventually 'cheated' and installed Interarchy which bundles its own copy
of tcpflow and puts a nice GUI on it.

Still, I'm none the wiser having looked through the capture file. I'm
sending it to our Exchange service provider now in the hope that someone
there can figure out what the deal is.
