It sounds like you might have a corrupt printing form. Delete this folder: /Users/<Your User>/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Printing Forms/
It will be recreated next time you print something, most likely eliminating the corruption that did not allow you to print earlier. If that doesn't help, what happens if you try creating a new identity (Entourage > Switch Identity) and printing tasks or calendar events there?
