Mickey & Dianne, thanks for your suggestions

Deleting the Printing Forms folder didn¹t do it.

I created a new identity and that DID correct the problem.  I was able to
print both tasks and calendars in that identity.

So I guess I can assume that my main identity database is a problem.  I
tried another rebuild of the main identity database and that also did NOT
correct the problem.

So, that leaves me wondering if there is a way to move everything from my
main identity to a new identity without also moving whatever is corrupting
it.   My backup exhibits the same problem, so reverting to that is not an
option.  Any help with that?
