I just received a message (twice) from "system administrator" that says: "A
message has been removed from this mailbox by an entity other than this
program, probably by a virus scanner.
This message is a replacement for the missing message."

I have never seen this before. I don't have a virus scanner on my machine
(macbook pro) - (my bad). I have too many emails to know what is missing,
if anything. I did notice receiving a bunch of the same emails from this
list serve, so I'm wondering if it's from mactalk, but that's not the
sender, so I'm not sure. How can I find out where this message is really
coming from? I'm not on any other network at the moment other than my ISP.
